Southwest Pregnancy Services empowers families with life giving solutions. Our current medical services include pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultrasound and education around pregnancy, abortion, and fetal development. We also provide options counseling, referrals, baby supplies and educational programs. Our desire is to provide hope as an alternative to abortion to support a woman choosing life for her baby through parenting or adoption placement.

Title: Office Coordinator

Part Time: 20-22 hrs per week available over 3 shifts
Compensation: Hourly, No Benefits

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills including typing fluently, Google processing software, spreadsheets, word processing, printing and email
  • High School diploma, college degree beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and achieve competency in organizational software programs
  • Maintain compliance with HIPPA, OSHA, and all SPS Policies and Procedures
  • Lifting 50 lbs

Description:

Southwest Pregnancy Services seeks to find an Office Coordinator to serve the women and babies of Southwest Dallas. The Office Coordinator is a client’s first contact with the ministry, and must be hospitable with empathetic customer service skills. Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager and Executive Director, the Office Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of office tasks, including making appointments, maintaining client files, supporting the nurses and client advocates, clinic communication, and providing support for Impact classes. Required clinic hours are Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 am-5:00 pm and Thursday from 12:30pm- 8:00 pm.

Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Nurse is responsible for providing a wide variety of clinic functions, planning and performing direct and indirect nursing interventions. Required clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 am-4:00 pm and Thursday from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm.
